Established in 1973, Omnibus Studios climbed quickly to prominence under the direction of the late Andrew R. Maglia. A native of Palermo, Sicily, Mr. Maglia's work was a product of the ancient European guild system. He immigrated to the U.S. where he founded Maglia Studios, Detroit, Michigan. He is recognized as one of the most renowned American stained glass artists of the 20th century.

It was this Sicilian master's early training of the Omnibus designers and craftspeople that allows us to continue with many of the stained glass window assembly and glass painting techniques which have been all but lost in recent years. This knowledge together with almost 40 years of experience has made Omnibus Studios, Inc. a leader in the stained glass community.
